Information for Registered Participants

• Participant Lineup begins at 4pm at the Immaculate Conception parking lot. Vehicles should be there no later than 5pm
• Participants who are walking only should be at the parking lot there no later than 6pm
• Tree lighting ceremony is at 6:25pm and the parade begins thereafter

In order to enter the parade lineup, you will be required to present a specifically colored registration placard.  It is especially important that any vehicle entering the lineup area for inclusion in the parade, or to drop off participants, have the placard prominently displayed on the vehicle's dashboard or other easily visible area.

You may now get your placard at Gift Basket World & Candy Shop (419 Main Street, Irwin PA 15642) at any time during regular business hours:

10a-6p Mon & Sat

10a-7p Tues-Fri

10a-2p Sun
